Meet Mat 2 - Special Betty

This was my submission for the Substance Meet MAT 2 Contest.
The Meet MAT mesh had to be textured in a creative way. I was curious how far I could get with some additional tesselation.

For "Special Betty" I got most of my inspiration from the well-known Betty Boop comic character.
